CDS Arrests on E. Industrial Blvd

On Friday, January 16, 2026 at approximately 2:48 AM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on E. Industrial Blvd. at Canal Parkway and identified the occupants as Garrett Kniseley and Kayla Abe.  A Police K-9 alerted to the odor of drugs in the vehicle.  The vehicle was searched and suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia was located.  Kniseley and Abe were placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters.  They were later issued criminal citations and released pending trial.
