Bench Warrant Served

On June 4th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Misty Dawn Jenkins. The warrant was issued after Jenkins failed to obey a court condition on May 15th, 2026. Jenkins was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking. She was later presented before a District Court Commissioner and released after posting a $500.00 bond.
