Four New Candidates File for Local Elections

Several candidates filed for office Friday in Allegany County.  Former Cumberland City Councilman Joe George has joined the race.  Lori Lepley has filed to run for Allegany County Board of Education.  There are two new candidates for Allegany County Commissioner, Democrat Chelsea Boor and Republican Dee Dee Ritchie.  The filing deadline is Tuesday at 9 p.m. and the Maryland primary election is June 23.
