Virginia Votes To Redraw Districts

Virginia is currently represented by six Democrats and five Republicans on Capitol Hill but that number may shift to only one Republican following a referendum vote Tuesday that will redraw the state’s congressional districts.  Here’s more from Fox News’ Mark Meredith…
