Park Street Theft Arrest

On Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at approximately 10:09 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business in the 700 block of Park Street for a theft. The staff reported that the suspect stole merchandise and left the store.  Police located the suspect in the area and identified him as Christopher Kaylor.  Kaylor was arrested and found to be in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia.  He was issued criminal citations and released pending trial.
