Country Club Mall – What Is and Isn’t Happening

WCBC has learned that work is going on this week on repairing or replacing air conditioning systems at Country Club Mall. A source says that TJ Maxx had given no indication to the mall of closing permanently until an employee meeting was held last Thursday. Finish Line’s closing was due to corporate restructuring. Rumors about stores locating at the mall including Boscov’s and Burlington Coat Factory are not true. According to sources, no one from Boscov’s has approached the mall and the supposed location of Burlington in the space where Sears operated is also without merit.
