Mock Trial Reunion Set

Bishop Walsh School is hosting an open house event Saturday evening for all current and past mock trial team members and coaches.  Tony Orndoff is the coach of this year’s team, which has now won back-to-back state titles.

“Saturday evening, we’re going to have a celebration for the Mock Trial team, the back-to-back state champions at Bishop Walsh. But it’s actually an opportunity for us to bring in a lot of alums and people who have been associated with the program since it started back in the 80s.”

The open house begins at 6 p.m. Saturday evening at Bishop Walsh.  Mock trial began at Bishop Walsh in 1986. Orndoff noted that the idea to expand the usual end of year banquet for mock trial came from a colleague at BW.

“Bradley Brandon, our development director, he was very interested in trying to expand it into anyone who’s been associated with the program.”
