$200 Million Development Near Inwood

Governor Patrick Morrisey signed Senate Bill 749 into law in at a ceremony in Berkeley County establishing a $200 million economic development project at the Interstate 81Tabler Station Road Exit.  The governor stated the 275-acre site plan will include 556,000 square feet of retail space with three new hotels and six restaurants, unlocking a new combination of commerce, tourism, and recreation just south of Martinsburg…

“Phase 1 includes $74 million state-of-the-art indoor facility for basketball, for volleyball, and pickle ball. While Phase 2 features a $56 million outdoor facility for soccer, football, and baseball.  This will be a place to tournaments and it’ll be a destination.”
