Baltimore Street Indecent Exposure Arrest

On May 11th, 2026 at approximately 5:45 p.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to Baltimore Street regarding a report of a female urinating in public. Upon arrival an officer spoke with witnesses who observed a woman disrobe and urinate in the public view. The officer contacted the woman identified as Julie Parrish who admitted to the act. She was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters. She received a citation for indecent exposure and was released pending trial at District Court.
