Maryland Research Data Shows Minimal Job Loss To AI

Artificial intelligence is often pointed to as a disruptor in the job market, leading to layoffs and difficulty landing new jobs, but Anil Gupta with the University Of Maryland Smith School Of Business finds that AI has not impacted demands in the labor market.  Though major companies have had layoffs, Gupta says entry-level jobs have increased to 6% of total postings.  Not counting the pandemic, it counts for the highest in eight years…
