Flood Warning Until 3pm

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning until 3pm for portions of Western Maryland including Allegany County.  Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems. Emergency Management has reported flooding is occurring in the warned area.  Some locations that will experience flooding include Westernport, Piedmont, Barton, Franklin, Luke, Reynolds, Dogwood Flats
