FCC Looking at School Internet Funding

The Federal Communications Commission is reviewing a federal program that subsidizes the internet for schools and libraries. FCC Chairman Brendan Carr tells “Fox and Friends” he’s concerned the program is leading to more screen time for children and worse academic performance…
“We want to take a fresh look at that program to make sure we’re supporting great educational outcomes. Our parents – do they know that their kids are using these connections, are the right types of safety filters in place.”
