Baltimore Street CDS Arrest

On Friday, June 12th, 2026 an officer with the Cumberland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Baltimore Street. The officer made contact with the driver and a passenger of the vehicle. During the traffic stop, a Cumberland Police Department K-9 conducted a free-air sniff around the exterior of the vehicle and alerted to the presence of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS). Officers then searched the vehicle and located suspected CDS paraphernalia. Michael Thomas Harman was arrested and transported to police headquarters. He was later released on a criminal citation pending trial.
