Stahl Recognized At State Level

An Allegany County Health Department employee has received statewide recognition.  Theresa Stahl has been named Maryland’s Outstanding Dietitian of the Year for 2026.  One dietician is selected from each state for the national Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics honor. Stahl has authored a book entitled I’m Full: Remindful Eating Tips to Feel Great and Make Peace with Your Plate.  She serves as vice-chair of the Western Maryland Food Council.
