Trooper 5 Rescue in Grant County

Maryland State Police Trooper 5, the helicopter based in Cumberland, performed an aerial rescue Saturday in Grant County, WV.  A hiker had fallen and suffered injuries around 8:30 a.m.  An extrication device was utilized and the hiker was rescued and flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown for treatment.
