Traffic Adjustments in City This Week

The City of Cumberland has made two announcements regarding traffic in the city this week.  Shades Lane road work will resume Wednesday with detours and flagging operations in place.  Also, Hilltop Drive will have work done this week in the area of Montgomery Avenue.
