Warrant Arrest

On Thursday, July 9, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Abree Packard. The warrant was issued as a result of a citizen complaint. Packard was taken before a district court commissioner, where she was released on an unsecured $5,000 bond pending trial.
