Obstructing and Hindering Arrest

On Wednesday July 22, 2026 Mutia Carter was stopped for traffic violations while he was operating a motor vehicle. He was arrested during the traffic stop for refusing to remain in his vehicle after officers instructed him to do so several times. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner for initial appearance and was released on recognizance
