OC Mayor Looking For Legislation Against “Takeovers”

Viral “takeover” events have been occurring statewide, including Ocean City where organized gatherings bring large amounts of people, usually teens, to a concentrated area. The Maryland Municipal League and the state Sheriff’s association have appealed to the governor’s office for legislative assistance.
