Welton Drive Disturbances Arrest

On Monday, July 27, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to a business in the 100 Block of Welton Drive for the report of multiple disturbances. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with an intoxicated female, Nicole Owoc, who was observed creating a disturbance. She was advised several times to leave the property and refused. Owoc was then placed under arrest and transported to Police Headquarters. She was issued two criminal citations and released pending her trial.

CHARGES: Fail to Obey, Disorderly Conduct.
