Veterans Banners Still Possible Downtown

After a few years without street banners recognizing veterans in Cumberland there appears to be some progress toward restoring the honors for veterans.  Mayor Ray Morriss called in to the Dave Norman Show earlier this week to say that there appears to be interest in possibly using Queen City Drive for such recognition.  The mayor said the move is still in the discussion stage but he hopes to have more news on the issue later this year.
