ARRESTED – Brittany Lynn Rice, 40yo.

ARRESTED – Amanda Marie Brown, 45yo.
CHARGES – Criminal Citation – Riding Bike on Sidewalk.

All subjects received their respective citations and were released, pending trial in District Court.
