West Industrial Boulevard CDS, Trespassing Arrest

On Thursday, August 6, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to an abandoned property in the double-digit block of West Industrial Boulevard for the report of individuals trespassing and using controlled dangerous substances. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with Abree Braithwaite, who was observed in an area posted conspicuously with no-trespassing signage. She was placed under arrest, and a search of her person was conducted incident to arrest. The search yielded CDS paraphernalia. Braithwaite was transported to police headquarters, where she was released on citations pending trial.
