Sunday Police Report

On Saturday, August 29, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers were on patrol in the area of Baltimore Street when they observed a female sleeping amongst a pile of her belongings and other refuse. Officers were able to identify the female as Natasha Groves. She was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters. Groves was released on citations for littering and a nuisance violation for camping pending her trial.

ARRESTED: Natasha Marie Groves, 42, Cumberland, MD.

CHARGES: Littering, Camping Ordinance (Civil)
