Bench Warrant 

On September 5th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Noah Anthony Dearing. The warrant was issued as a result of Dearing failing to appear for a scheduled court date of August 21st, 2026. Dearing was arrested on the warrant and transported to Central Booking. He was later presented before a District Court Commissioner and released on his own recognizance.

Assault 

On September 6th, 2026 at approximately 12:25 a.m.,  the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business on Centre Street regarding an unruly patron. Upon arrival officers located the patron on the sidewalk, in front of the business. The patron later identified as Seth Abram England was still yelling and creating a disturbance. Officers quickly detained him while they conducted a further investigation. During the investigation, it was learned that England had refused to leave the business when employees asked him to. After exiting the establishment, England began to assault other patrons. Officers then formally arrested England. He was transported to Central Booking where he is currently awaiting a bond review.
