Railfest At Canal Place This Coming Weekend

The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad is hosting RailFest again at the Cumberland Station on September 19th and 20th. Several vendors will a variety of foods and artwork, along with a selection of railroad merchandise from 10am to 5pm both Saturday and Sunday. WMSR Operations Manager TJ Abe says that this year vendors will be located on the plaza just below the train station for a more accessible event…
“Everybody’s gonna have a more of centralized RailFest experience. We’re looking at about twenty different vendors. We’re going to have food vendors down there, a lot of art, model railroad equipment. So, a lot of really cool vendors.”
