Bench Warrant Arrest

On Sunday, September 20th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Aaron Richard Jensen Jr, 51, of Cumberland MD. Jensen was arrested on an active bench warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on August 9th. The warrant alleges Jensen failed to appear in court on that date for a previous charge of driving without a license. Jensen appeared before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance and was released on his own recognizance.
