Moore Draws Criticism on Fiscal Remarks

Governor Moore was on CNBC recently speaking about the national debt and fiscal responsibility. There is criticism from Moore’s opponents on comments he made about the national debt – they say it sounds just like what is happening in Maryland…

“The fact that we have this unbelievable ability to keep on spending and pretending like this is not going to come back to us. We are now spending more on servicing our debt than we are on our defense. And so I think this is the biggest issue that we are wrestling with.”
