WV Named One of America’s Most Beautiful States

Travel + Leisure ranked West Virginia as the second most beautiful state in America.  This is the latest addition to a growing list of national honors recognizing the Mountain State as a premier travel destination.  West Virginia was the only state of all 50 to do consistently well in the top 10 across all categories in Travel + Leisure’s study.  The ranking highlighted the state’s extensive forests, more than 6,600 miles of rivers, six National Park Service sites, and nearly 200 waterfalls.
