Failure to Appear Warrant

On September 24th, 2026, officers with the Cumberland Police Department served an active bench warrant on David Allen Mullen. The warrant was issued as a result of Mullen failing to appear for a scheduled court date on September 18, 2026 for an original charge of intoxicated public disturbance. Mullen was arrested on the warrant and later appeared before a District Court Commissioner. Following a bond hearing, Mullen was released on his own recognizance.
