Police Investigating Breaking/Entering At Animal Shelter

Cumberland City Police are investigating a breaking and entering at the Allegany County Animal Shelter. Video footage shows a man and woman entering the shelter and removing a dog that had been previously picked up in the area of Holland Street and Shriver Avenue. Anyone with information should call Cumberland Police at 301-777-1600.
