Dynamic Pricing Ban Begins October 1

Shoppers in the state of Maryland can rest assured that what one person pays for an item is the same as another person, thanks to a ban on dynamic pricing that goes into effect October 1^st.  Dynamic pricing in retail can change the price on digital price tags while someone is in a store.  Governor Wes Moore signed the bill into law in January to prevent such practices, especially in supermarkets…
