Criminal Summons Served

On September 29th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Hawke Anthony Coffman. The summons was issued after a Cumberland Police officer responded to two separate addresses on Race Street where the complainants advised that a white male had entered their respective properties uninvited. The first complainant provided a description of the suspect and an officer attempted to locate him. Shortly after the first complaint, officers responded to the second report of the same male entering a home without permission. Video surveillance then showed the male, positively identified as Hawke Anthony Coffman entering the second complainant’s home and consuming an alcoholic beverage inside. An application for charges was then filed at District Court and a summons was issued. Coffman signed for his copy of the summons and was released pending trial in District Court.
