Frostburg State University Earns Best Value Recognition

U.S. News and World Report has ranked Frostburg State University in the number ten spot for Best Value for In-State Students. The school also tied for number 20 among Top Public Schools in Regional Universities North. The number ten ranking comes as Frostburg will extend in-state tuition eligibility to students from Pennsylvania and West Virginia as well as select areas of New York, Ohio, and Virginia. The move will expand FSU’s role as a regional university serving students in Appalachia.
