Pumpkin Patch Trains Start October 17

The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad’s annual Pumpkin Patch trains will run the last two weekends of October beginning Saturday the 17th. The ride goes to Bone Cave and back and everyone on board can get a pumpkin to take home. WMSR Director Wes Heinz says riders always have fun during spooky season…
“So if you’re going to come out, going to ride a Pumpkin Patch train, make sure and wear your favorite costume, make sure Mom and Dad get into the fun. I’ve seen everything from the witches of Hocus Pocus to Mickey Mouse. They have a really, really good time. I think this year our theme for the staff is the Minions.”
