Allegany County Sheriff’s Arrest Report

The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police combined resources to target open and active warrants. As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.

Wednesday, January 3, 2024
Tyler Cloud Dixon, 39 of Frostburg, was served two (2) Circuit Court Bench Warrants, Violation of Probation and Violation of Pre-Trial Release. In the VOP case he was sentenced to 2-years’ Probation Before Judgement (PBJ) for Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol. His original charges include: Reckless Driving Vehicle In Wanton And Willful Disregard For Safety Of Persons And Property, Negligent Driving In Careless And Imprudent Manner Endangering Property, Life and Person, DUI, DWI and DUI Per Se. He is currently being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

Dalton Ray Brimhall, 28 of Defiance, PA, was arrested on a District Court Warrant. His original charges include: Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree and Violate Protective Order. He was released on a $7,500 unsecured personal bond (UPB).

Timothy Bobby Miller Jr., 35 of Cumberland, was served on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for: Felony CDS: Possession With Intent To Distribute. He was sentenced to 3-years incarceration with all but 6 months suspended and 3-years Supervised Probation. He is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

Belen Marie-Santago Waybright, 38 of Cumberland, was served two (2) District Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation. Her original conviction for CDS: Possession Paraphernalia, resulted in a 2-year suspended jail term and 36-months Supervised Probation. For the CDS: Administration Equipment Possession/Distribution, she was sentenced to 18-months incarceration with all but 315 days suspended and 18-months Supervised Probation. She is being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.

Michelle Lynn Porter, 40 of Cumberland, was arrested on two (2) District Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation. Her original conviction of Assault 2nd Degree resulted in a 1-year and 1-day suspended sentence and 3-years Supervised Probation. She is being held on $2,500 bond in this matter. Her conviction for Abuse/Neglect Reporting resulted in a 5-year suspended sentence and 36-months Supervised Probation. She is being held on $1,000 bond in this case.

Taunia Lynn Phillips, 33 of Cumberland, was wanted on a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Her original conviction was for: CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana where she received a 6-0month suspended sentence with 18-months Supervised Probation. On 01/03/24 at approximately 1:30 P.M. the County Combined Warrant Unit uncovered information where Taunia Phillips was living in the Potomac Park area. Members of the Warrant Unit were surveilling Phillips home and they observed her in the front passenger seat of a vehicle pull into the residence. Members of the Warrant Unit placed Phillips under arrest without incident. While conducting a Search Incident To Arrest,

Phillips was found to have suspected Heroin/Fentanyl on her person, as well as, Drug Paraphernalia in her possession. Phillips was additionally charged with two (2) counts of Possession-Not Cannabis and CDS: Possession Paraphernalia. She is being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.

Justin Matthew Winebrenner, 26 of Lonaconing, was arrested on a Body-Attachment for failure to appear for a Child Support hearing. He was later released on his own recognizance.

Tanya Lynn VanMeter of Midland, was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice out of Mineral County, West Virginia for assault. She is being held without bond pending extradition.

Kevin Ernest Queen, 47 of Baltimore, was served a Grand Jury Indictment for CDS related offenses including two counts each of CDS: Possession – Not Cannabis, CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, and CDS Distribution-Narcotics. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
