Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police combined resources to target open and active warrants. As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.
Friday, July 19, 2024 Dylan Tydings Miles, 32 of Fort Ashby, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant for the following charges: 2 counts Fraud-Personal Identification to Avoid Prosecution, Disorderly Conduct and Obstruction and Hindering. Miles also has an arrest warrant through Franklin County, Pennsylvania for Failure to Appear for the charge of: Criminal Mischief-Damage Property. Warrant is logged as a detainer. He is being held without bond after a bail review.
Robert Jose Crosby, 31 of Baltimore, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Crosby’s original conviction is for felony CDS: Distribution Narcotics where he was sentenced to a 10-year jail term with 2-years suspended and 36-months of Supervised Probation. Crosby is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Joshua Bookheimer, 32 of Frostburg, was served a Grand Jury Indictment for the following charges: 2 Counts of CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, 2 Counts of CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute-Narcotics, CDS: Distribution: Narcotics, and CDS: Distribute-Other. Bookheimer was released on his own recognizance after a bail review in Circuit Court.
Seth Allen Wigger, 39 of Rawlings, was served two (2) District Court Arrest Warrant for 4 counts of Violation of Protective Order and Violation Protective Order and 2 counts of Theft: $100 to Under $1,500. Wigger is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in District Court.
