Allegany County Sheriff’s Office Arrests

Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police have combined resources to target open and active warrants. As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.

Monday, February 26, 2024
Tina Joeann Cipponeri, 42 of Oakland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Her original conviction was for Driving Without Required License
and Authorization where she received a 60-day suspended sentence with 18-month unsupervised probation. She was released on a $500 bond.

Summer Lynn Bowman, 22 of Luke, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant. Her charges include: Assault-1st Degree, 3 counts of Assault-2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment,
Trespass: Private Property and False Imprisonment. Bowman was extradited from Potomac Highland Regional Jail in Augusta, WV. She was released on a $5,000 unsecured personal
bond.

Steven Joseph Sickle Jr, 22 of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court warrant. On 2/26/24, the Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit assisted Frostburg Police Department
in locating Steven Joseph Sickle Jr. Sickle was wanted by Frostburg Police Department on a District Court Arrest Warrant for Home Invasion, 1st and 2nd Degree Assault, Burglary-4th
Degree-Dwelling, and False Statement to Officer. Sickle was located in the Cumberland area by the Warrant Unit and placed under arrest. Sickle was transported to the Allegany County
Detention Center-Central Booking where Frostburg Police Department served the arrest warrant. He is currently being held without bond.

Tuesday, February 27, 2024
Marlon Carlos Vasquez, 37 of Arlington, VA, was arrested on a District Court Arrest Warrant. His charges include: Violation of Protective Order, Harassment, a Course of Conduct, and Trespass Private Property. Vasquez is also wanted in Baltimore County on two (2) warrants. Total charges of both warrants include 3 counts of Violating Protective Order. For the Baltimore County warrants, he was released on his own recognizance.

Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have combined resources to target open and active warrants.
As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.

\Wednesday, November 8, 2023:

John Wesley Cramer Jr., 35 of Greensboro, PA was extradited from Fayette County, PA on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. His original charge is Driving Motor Vehicle Without Required License and Authorization. He is currently held on a $2,000 bond and pending a bail review.

Makayla Marie Lloyd, 21 of Westernport, was arrested on two Circuit Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation. Her original conviction is for CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics where she was sentenced to 10-years in jail with all but 18 months suspended and 3-years supervised probation in one case and received a 5-year suspended sentence with 3-years supervised probation in the other. She is currently being held without bond pending a bail review.

Jessica Hope Weisenmiller, 19 of Frostburg was arrested on a Circuit Court Body-Attachment for Failing to Appear for Child Support Hearing. She was released after posting $100 bond.

Erica June Rea Martin, 24 of Oldtown, was arrested on a fugitive warrant from West Virginia and was charged as a Fugitive from Justice. She is being held on detainer at the Allegany County Detention Center for Hampshire County, WV for Fraud pending extradition.
