Allegany County Sheriff’s Office Report

The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have combined resources to target open and active warrants.
As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.

Friday, November 3, 2023, Fymir Lashawn Alexander, 24 of Philadelphia, PA was extradited and served two Circuit Court warrants for Failure to Appear and Violation of Pretrial Release. His original charge was Handgun in Vehicle. His was released on a $25,000 corporate bond. He then appeared before a Judge on 11/6/23 where he entered a plea agreement, and was subsequently sentenced to 2 years with all but 7 days suspended (equal to time served), and 2 years supervised probation.

Monday, November 6, 2023:
Matthew Hunter Duvall, 38 formerly of Meyersdale, PA, was served five (5) Failure to Appear warrants out of Somerset County, PA and was charged as a Fugitive from Justice in Allegany County. He is held without bond until his release to the custody of the Somerset County.

Emily Kay Litten, 20 of Lonaconing, was arrested on a warrant for violation of pretrial release. Her original charges include two counts of CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics, and CDS Possess – Large Amount. At her bail review, on 11/7/23, her case is being Nolle Prosequi and charges are being dismissed.

Timothy James Alexander, 22 of Cumberland, was served a warrant for Violation of Probation. His underlying conviction is for: Assault – Second Degree. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Amanda Marie Luckett, 42 of Cumberland, was arrested on two Circuit Court warrants for Violation of Pretrial Release. Her original charges include: CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana, CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, and CDS Distribution-Narcotics. She is being held without bond pending a bail review.
Nakota Cheanta Durham, 32 of Cresaptown, was arrested on two District Court bench warrants for Violation of Probation. She was released on her own recognizance on the Trespass: Private Property case, and is being held on a $500 bond in the Disorderly Conduct case.

Thursday, October 26, 2023
Aaron “Buck” Cole Brown, 38 of Lavale, was served a Criminal Summons for Attempted Assault 2nd Degree and reckless endangerment. He was released on a $2,500 unsecured personal bond.
Alissa “Liz” Danielle Kolodi, 30 of Keyser, was extradited from Potomac Highland Regional Jail, Augusta, WV for an arrest warrant for Failure to Appear. She was released on a $1,000 unsecured personal bond.
Felicia Raye Deetz, 50 of Ridgeley, also extradited from Potomac Highland Regional Jail, Augusta, WV for an arrest warrant for Failure to Appear. She is being held without bond pending a bail review hearing in Circuit Court.

Friday, October 27, 2023
Robert Eugene Whitacre III, 33 of Cumberland was served a Circuit Court arrest warrant for Violation of Probation as a result of new charges filed in District Court for which he is being held without bond.
Traci “Ti” Leigh Elizabeth Tilson, 44 of Mt. Savage, was served a Grand Jury Indictment for CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, CDS: Distribution-Narcotics, CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, and Conspiracy-CDS Distribution-Narcotics. She is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Tanya Renee Saville, 40 of Lavale, was arrested on 3 warrants. Case 1 – Assault-Second Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property Value Less than $1,000. Case 2 – Felony Burglary 2nd Degree General, Burglary-4th Degree-Store, Malicious Destruction of Property Value Less than $1,000, and Disturb the peace/Disorderly. Case 3 – Failure to Comply with pretrial release conditions in a matter facing charges of Felony Assault-First Degree, Assault-Second Degree, and Reckless Endangerment.
