Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police have combined resources to target open and active warrants. As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.
Tuesday, June 11, 2024
Adam Lee Shipway, 45 of Cumberland, was served two District Court warrants. An arrest warrant for Escape-2nd Degree and Obstruction of Justice and a bench warrant for Violation of Probation. Shipway is currently being held without bond in both cases.
Casey Joe Douglass, 33 of Lonaconing, was served three (3) District Court Warrants. Two (2) Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation stemming from the original conviction of two (2) counts Assault-2nd Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property. And an Arrest Warrant for Maryland State Police for charges including: Kidnapping, Assault-1st Degree, Assault-2nd Degree, Theft: $100 To Under $1,500 and Intoxicated Endangerment. Douglass is currently being held without bond.
Shawna Virginia Lebon, 41 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violating Pre-Trial Release for the original charges including: 2 counts Neglect of Minor, 2 counts Reckless Endangerment, 2 counts Contribute to Condition of Child, 2 counts CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, and 2 counts CDS: Possession Paraphernalia. Lebon is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have combined resources to target open and active warrants.
As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.
Friday, November 3, 2023, Fymir Lashawn Alexander, 24 of Philadelphia, PA was extradited and served two Circuit Court warrants for Failure to Appear and Violation of Pretrial Release. His original charge was Handgun in Vehicle. His was released on a $25,000 corporate bond. He then appeared before a Judge on 11/6/23 where he entered a plea agreement, and was subsequently sentenced to 2 years with all but 7 days suspended (equal to time served), and 2 years supervised probation.
Monday, November 6, 2023:
Matthew Hunter Duvall, 38 formerly of Meyersdale, PA, was served five (5) Failure to Appear warrants out of Somerset County, PA and was charged as a Fugitive from Justice in Allegany County. He is held without bond until his release to the custody of the Somerset County.
Emily Kay Litten, 20 of Lonaconing, was arrested on a warrant for violation of pretrial release. Her original charges include two counts of CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics, and CDS Possess – Large Amount. At her bail review, on 11/7/23, her case is being Nolle Prosequi and charges are being dismissed.
Timothy James Alexander, 22 of Cumberland, was served a warrant for Violation of Probation. His underlying conviction is for: Assault – Second Degree. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Amanda Marie Luckett, 42 of Cumberland, was arrested on two Circuit Court warrants for Violation of Pretrial Release. Her original charges include: CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana, CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, and CDS Distribution-Narcotics. She is being held without bond pending a bail review.
Nakota Cheanta Durham, 32 of Cresaptown, was arrested on two District Court bench warrants for Violation of Probation. She was released on her own recognizance on the Trespass: Private Property case, and is being held on a $500 bond in the Disorderly Conduct case.
