Randy Scott Jobson, 44 of Springfield, WV, was extradited from the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail in August, WV and was served three District Court bench warrants – 2 Failure to Appear, 1 Violation of Probation. Original Charges include: CDS: Possession – Paraphernalia, Driving without a license and numerous other traffic offenses. He is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $1,000 bond for each case.
Todd Richard Leatherman, 41 of Keyser, WV, also extradited from the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail in Augusta, WV was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. His original charges include: 2 counts CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics and CDS: Possession with intent to distribute. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Brian Scott Shelton, 36 of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court bench warrant for failure to comply. His original charges include: Disorderly Conduct, Contribute to Condition of Child, Conspire Robbery, and Conspire – Theft: Less Than $100. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in District Court.
Daquan Lamel Donaldson, 42 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original charge was Assault-2nd Degree. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in District Court.
Thomas Victor Lancaster IV, 27 of Cumberland, was wanted on two Circuit Court bench warrants for Failure to Appear and Violation of Pre-Trial Release. The Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit developed information that Lancaster was staying in a house on Rose Hill in Cumberland. Deputies obtained consent from the home owner to search the residence for Lancaster. Lancaster was located hiding in an upstairs bedroom closet. He was placed under arrest without incident. His original charges include: CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, CDS: Distribution-Other, CDS: Possession with intent to distribute. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Elaina Dawn Harper, 28 of Cumberland, was wanted on two Circuit Court bench warrants for Failure to Appear and Violation of Probation. Members of the Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit developed information that Harper was frequently visiting a residence on Baker Street in Cumberland. Members of the warrant unit were conducting surveillance of the residence when Harper was seen outside the house. When Deputies approached Harper, she fled on foot. A short foot chance ensued resulting in Harper being apprehended and placed under arrest. Her original charges include: CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics, 2 counts of CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana, Firearm/Drug Trafficking Crime, CDS Admin Equip Possession/Distribution and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia. She is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

A District Court bench warrant from Frederick County was served on Kristen Nicole Smith, 33, Cumberland for Failure to Appear for the charge of CDS Possession – Not Cannabis. She was released on her own recognizance.
A Circuit Court bench warrant was served on Shawn Thomas Conner, 50, Meyersdale, PA for Violation of Probation. He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review.
