On 09/29/2024 at approximately 9:00 AM the Cumberland City Police were dispatched to a business in the 30 block of Baltimore Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers observed Kimberly Carnley yelling in a patron’s face that she was God. Carnley was asked to stop yelling and leave the area. Carnley refused and continued to yell inside the business. Carnley was placed under arrest and transported to the police station. Carnley was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in District Court.

Charge – Disorderly Conduct
