On Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024, the Cumberland City Police arrested Rachael Nicole Dolly, 35, of Cumberland MD. Dolly was arrested on two active warrants issued by the Allegany County District Court. The first warrant was an Arrest Warrant issued for an incident that occurred on January 20th. During that incident, the Cumberland Police responded to a residence in the 400 block of Washington St for the report of a burglary. The investigation revealed that Dolly had broken into the home multiple times over the course of several days while the tenant was away. A second Bench Warrant was issued on January 21st, alleging Dolly violated the terms of her probation that stemmed from a previous conviction on destruction of property charges. At the time of Dolly’s arrest, she was also found to be in possession of suspected CDS paraphernalia. She was issued a Criminal Citation for the offense. Dolly was then taken before a District Court Commissioner for her Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond.

Bench Warrant-Violation of Probation, Arrest Warrant – Burglary 4th Degree x9
On Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024, the Cumberland City Police arrested Lindsay Dawn Ware, 39, of Lonaconing MD. Ware was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on January 11th, 2024. The warrant alleged Ware failed to appear in District Court on that date for a previous charge of driving without a license. Ware was then taken before a District Court Commissioner for her Initial Appearance where she was released on her own recognizance.

On Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024, the Cumberland City Police arrested Matthew Leon Eastman, 49, of Lonaconing MD. Eastman was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on January 2nd, 2024. The warrant alleged Eastman failed to appear in District Court on that date for a previous misdemeanor theft charge. Eastman was then taken before a District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was released on his own recognizance.
