On Thursday, October 10th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Dakota Shabrea Wolfe, 19, of Keyser WV. Wolfe was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court, also on October 10th. The warrant alleged Wolfe failed to appear in court on a previous charge of failing to obey a lawful order. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was released on her own recognizance.

On Thursday, October 10th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department John Edward Northcraft, 42, of Cumberland MD. Northcraft was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on September 24th. The warrant alleged Northcraft failed to comply with an order of the court that had been placed on him due to previous charges of 1st and 2nd degree assault. Northcraft was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.

On Wednesday, September 25th, 2024, The Cumberland Police Department arrested McClave Cleland Combs Jr, 61, of Cumberland MD. Combs was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on September 24th. The warrant alleges that Combs failed to appear in District Court on that date for a previous case where he was charged with driving without a license. Combs was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was released on his own recognizance.

On Wednesday, September 25th, 2024, The Cumberland Police Department arrested Araya Maureen Plauger, 30, of Ridgeley WV. Plauger was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on September 20th. The warrant alleges Plauger failed to obey the terms and conditions of probation that had been placed upon her due to a previous conviction on charges of 2nd degree assault. Plauger was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held on a $135 bond.
