On Sunday, June 1st, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Dillon Edward Lowery, 32, of Cumberland, MD. Dillon was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on May 29th, 2025. The warrant alleges that Lowery had violated the terms and conditions of probation that had been placed upon him due to a previous conviction on CDS possession charges. Lowery was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance, where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.

Francis was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Washington County District Court on May 1st, 2025. The warrant alleges Francis failed to appear in court on that date for previous DWI charges. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance, where she was released on her own recognizance.

On Thursday, October 10th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Dakota Shabrea Wolfe, 19, of Keyser WV. Wolfe was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court, also on October 10th. The warrant alleged Wolfe failed to appear in court on a previous charge of failing to obey a lawful order. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was released on her own recognizance.

On Thursday, October 10th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department John Edward Northcraft, 42, of Cumberland MD. Northcraft was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on September 24th. The warrant alleged Northcraft failed to comply with an order of the court that had been placed on him due to previous charges of 1st and 2nd degree assault. Northcraft was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.
