On Tuesday, September 30th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Mecca Isiaah Pulley, 21, of Cumberland MD. Pulley was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on September 24th, 2025. The warrant alleges Pulley violated the terms and conditions of probation that had been placed upon him due to a previous conviction on theft charges. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $500 bond.

On Friday, September 26, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Holli Jo Swartz. The warrant was issued as the result of Swartz failing to appear in court on an original charge of CDS: Possess Paraphernalia. Swartz was arrested and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. At the conclusion, Swartz was released on her personal recognizance.
