On Monday, July 15, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Richard Lambert Sr. The warrant was issued as the result of Lambert violating probation. He was originally charged with 2 counts of Indecent Exposure. Lambert was arrested and transported to Central Booking. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court bench warrant on Brian Johnson. The warrant was issued as the result of Johnson violating probation. He was originally charged with Threat/St Official/To Injure. Johnson was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he is currently being held without bond pending his appearance before the court.
