On December 3rd, 2025 the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Eric Roger Marmaduke. The warrants were issued as a result of Marmaduke failing to obey conditions of his release. He was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking where he was later presented before a District Court Commissioner where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

On Monday, December 1, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court bench warrant on Michael Mumaw. The warrant was issued as the result of Mumaw violating probation on an original charge of Neglect of a Minor. Mumaw was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he is currently being held without bond pending his appearance before the court.
