On Wednesday, June 18th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Neroli Mae, 52, of Cumberland, MD. Mae was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on June 6th, 2025. On that date, it is alleged that Mae failed to appear in District Court for a previous theft charge. On Tuesday, April 1st, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Jessica Domini Durham, 39, of Cumberland MD. Durham was arrested on three active Bench Warrants, all issued by the Allegany County District Court. Each warrant alleges that Durham failed to appear in District Court for three separate court cases that were set for dates in February and March of 2025. The previous charges against Durham include disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful order, and driving without a license. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was released on a total of $5,000 in unsecured bonds. At the time of her arrest, Durham was also found to be in possession of an amount of suspected CDS paraphernalia. For that offense, she was issued a Criminal Citation.
