On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Angela Dennison. The warrant was issued as the result of Dennison failing to appear in court. She was originally charged with Theft less than $100. Dennison was arrested and transported to Central Booking. She was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on her personal recognizance.

BENCH WARRANT SERVED
On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Jon Vanetta Jr. The warrant was issued as the result of Vanetta failing to comply with an order of the court. He was originally charged with CDS: Possess Paraphernalia and Resist/Interfere with Arrest. Vanetta was arrested and transported to Central Booking. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

On June 12th, 2024 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on William Henry Livengood. The warrant was issued as result of Livengood failing to obey a condition of his probation set on August 18th, 2023. Livengood was placed under arrest and transported to central booking. He was later seen by a District Court commissioner and held on $500.00.
