On March 15th, 2024 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Savanna Jean Parsons. The warrant was issued after Parsons violated terms of her probation. Parsons was originally charged with theft $100 to under $1,500. She was served the warrant and transported to Central Booking where she was later seen by a District Court commissioner and remanded to the Allegany Detention Center without bond.

On Thursday, March 7, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Brittany Waltman. The warrant was issued as the result of Waltman failing to appear in court. She was originally charged with Malicious Destruction of Property less than $1000 and Disturb the Peace/Disorderly. She was arrested and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. Waltman was released on her personal recognizance.
