On Tuesday, June 10th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested David Antoine Lee, 37, of Cumberland, MD. Lee was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on June 3rd, 2025. The warrant alleged Lee violated the terms and conditions of his probation that stemmed from a previous conviction on charges of driving without a license. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance, where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $2,500 bond.

On Thursday, February 1st, 2024, the Cumberland City Police arrested Nikita Loraine Bible, 36, of Cumberland MD. Bible was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant issued by the Frederick County Circuit Court on January 29th. The warrants alleges Bible violated the terms and conditions of probation that stemmed from a previous CDS Possession conviction. She was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where she was held without bond.
