On Thursday, March 21, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served an Allegany County Circuit Court bench warrant on William Stewart Sr. The warrant was issued as the result of Stewart violating probation. He was originally charged with Malicious Destruction of Property less than $1,000. Stewart was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he is currently being held without bond pending his appearance before the court.

On Thursday, March 21, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served an Allegany County Circuit Court bench warrant on Kailey Davis. The warrant was issued as the result of Davis failing to appear in court. She was originally charged with CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis. Davis was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where she is currently being held without bond pending her appearance before the court.

On Thursday, January 26, 2023, the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Brian Garletts.
Circuit Court bench warrant: Failure to Appear in court on original 1st Degree Assault charge.

Garletts was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he is currently being held without bond pending his appearance at the Allegany County Circuit Court.
