On Saturday, October 28, 2023, the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court body attachment on Abree Braithwaite. The body attachment was child support-related. Braitwaite was arrested and transported to the Central Booking. She was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on her personal recognizance.

On Saturday, June 10, 2023, the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court body attachment on Paul Gower Jr. The body attachment was issued due to child support non-compliance. He was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he is currently being held without bond pending his appearance before the court.
