On Monday, April 10, 2023, the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Patrick Martin Jr. The warrants were issued as the result of Martin violating his probation. In one case, he was originally charged with CDS Admin Equip Poss/Dist. In the other case, he was originally charged with Burglary-4th Degree Theft, Theft: $100 to under $1,500. Martin was arrested and later transported to Central Booking. A search of Martin revealed that he was in possession of suspected crack cocaine and CDS paraphernalia. Martin was issued criminal citations for the drug charges. He was seen by a District Court Commissioner for the warrants and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on two $500 bonds.
