On Saturday, the Cumberland City Police Department served a bench warrant on Julio Mark Nelson.
Nelson was wanted on a disorderly conduct charge.
Nelson was taken before a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a temporary commitment.

On Saturday, February 18, 2017 at approximately 11:57 PM, the Cumberland Police Department responded to Memorial Avenue in reference to a motor vehicle accident. While officers were conducting the investigation into the accident, a subject identified as Jordan Turner was yelling obscenities at the owner of one of the vehicles involved in the accident. Turner refused to listen to officers’ orders to stop yelling and continued to cause a disturbance. Turner was arrested and issued criminal citations. He was released pending trial at the District Court of Allegany County.
